Hurlbut Tent Rental was established in 1970. We offer the largest inventory, and sizes, of tents in northern NY. At Hurlbut Tent Rental, we treat every event as if it were our own. We provide clean, high-quality tents, tables, chairs, dance floors, etc. for every imaginable event. Including, but certainly not limited to, weddings, parties, receptions, reunions, graduations, grand openings and celebrations. We have over 36 years of full-time experience in the tent rental business and thousands of satisfied customers. Our commitment to customer service is what has kept our valued customers returning year after year.

As a family-owned and operated business, at Hurlbut Tent Rental we are very much "hands-on". This is not something we do "part-time", or "on the side", or in conjunction with another business. Our livelihood depends upon the success of our business. All of our rentals include complete set-up and take-down of our tents. We also include, at no additional cost, sidewalls and lighting. We also offer free, on-site consultations for those of you who may have questions regarding the proper size tent(s) for your event . We are also fully insured for liability and all of our employees are fully covered by workers' compensation insurance.

We make every effort to make every tent installation as good as it can be. Our attention to details is what sets us apart in the industry.
