Hurlbut Tent Rental was established in 1970. We offer the largest inventory, and sizes, of tents in Northern New York. At Hurlbut Tent Rental, we treat every event as if it were our own. We provide clean, high-quality tents, tables, chairs, dance floors, etc. for every imaginable event. Including, but certainly not limited to, weddings, parties, receptions, reunions, graduations, grand-openings and celebrations. We have over 50 years of full-time experience in the tent rental business and thousands of satisfied customers. Our commitment to customer service is what has kept our valued customers returning year after year.

As a family-owned and operated business, at Hurlbut Tent Rental we are very much hands-on.  This is not something we do part-time, or on the side, or in conjunction with another business. All of our tent rentals include set-up and take-down of our tents. We are also fully insured for liability and all of our employees are fully covered by workers' compensation insurance.
